Emily Weeks, RDN, LD
Growing up in McKinney, Texas with my parents, younger sister, and brother, I was fortunate to be surrounded by a family that prioritized sitting down together for dinner and exploring a wide range of culinary delights. From an early age, I was fascinated by the process of cooking, often helping my parents and grandparents in the kitchen and experimenting with new recipes. These experiences instilled in me a deep passion for good nutrition and healthy eating that only grew stronger as I got older.
Now, as a seasoned nutrition professional, I am dedicated to empowering individuals to take charge of their health and wellbeing by learning to cook and eat healthfully. My upbringing and professional experience have given me a unique perspective on the power of good nutrition, and I am passionate about sharing my knowledge with others. Whether you’re looking to cook more at home, eat more mindfully, or simply improve your overall health and wellness, I am here to help you achieve your goals.
